We use Project Management software called Contractor Foreman, which is updated daily by our staff, both on site and in the office. This is a great tool for team communication and ensures we are all working together effectively and as efficiently as possible.
We provide our clients with exclusive access so they can easily see a complete overview of their project, with all the drawings, estimates, project schedules and lots more, all in one place. It also provides real-time progress of their project, thanks to regular updates submitted by the Site Manager, including photos and Daily Logs recording progression on site. See examples below:
